We are currently looking for a: Site Manager (M/F)

Position based in the Paris area (travel may be required).

Your impact on daily life:

• As the true leader on-site, you ensure that the work is carried out properly. You don’t just oversee a construction site—you organize, coordinate, supervise, and optimize.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage technical teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate procurement and the implementation schedule
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, standards, and safety regulations
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact on-site
• Contribute to technical solutions and follow-up work

Your role is key: you represent INDUSTRELEC’s image in the field.

You are an experienced electrical engineering professional (with at least 5 to 10 years of experience) who is equally comfortable with technical work and team coordination.

You have mastered:

• Low-voltage/extra-low-voltage systems
• Reading electrical diagrams and schematics
• Construction site organization and team management
• Safety regulations and electrical certifications (B2V/BR/BC)
