Turnkey project: building and testing facilities

A major car manufacturer entrusted us with the construction of its 1,000 m² Battery Safety Lab for its research and development activities.
This test method is used to test and validate batteries in accordance with R100 regulations, ensuring safety against the risk of thermal runaway.

Customised test bench, a project led by INDUSTRELEC.
Study and design of the building and test bench. 22 technical lots: from civil engineering to electrical installations, gas distribution and analysis, fire safety installations, as well as mechanical, chemical, automation and IT processes. The project took 18 months to complete, with over 191 people working on the site.
The maintenance teams will take over day-to-day operations to ensure its upkeep.
